    1.Rules

    National Federation High School Rules

    (No riding time - 45 minute rest between matches not in effect).
    Hair code & fingernails will be enforced by referees.

    Time Periods:

    6, 8 & under: 1-1-1(including finals)
    10, 12, 15, 18 & under: 1 1/2 - 1 1/2- 1 1/2
    Consolations: 1-1-1 All divisions
    Overtime: NFHS rules.

    Format:

    Double elimination. Will separate teammates. No Seeding! No challenge for second. Referee decisions final. Birth certificates must be available if requested by tournament officials. Wrestlers may enter more than one age division.

    3. Age Divisions and Weight Classes:

    6 & under -

    Must not be 7 before 9-1-11 (born 9-1-2004 to Present)
    37, 40, 43, 46, 49, 52, 55, 60, 62-70 Lt. Hwt. 72-up Hwt.

    8 & under -

    Must not be 9 before 9-1-11 (born 9-1-02 to 8-31-2004)
    43, 46, 49, 52, 55, 58, 61, 64, 67, 70, 75, 82, 84-98 Lt.Hwt., 100-up Hwt.

    10 & under -

    Must not be 11 before 9-1-11 (born 9-1-00 to 8-31-02)
    52, 55, 58, 61, 64, 67, 70, 73, 76, 80, 85, 90, 100, 110, 112-130 Lt.Hwt., 132-up Hwt.

    12 & under -

    Must not be 13 before 9-1-11 (born 9-1-98 to 8-31-00)
    64, 67, 70, 73, 76, 80, 84, 88, 92, 96, 100, 105, 112, 119, 125, 130, 135, 145, 147-160 Lt. Hwt., 162-up Hwt.

    15 & under -

    Must not be 16 before 9-1-11 (born 9-1-95 to 8-31-98)
    75, 82, 89, 95, 101, 108, 115, 120, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 157, 175, 200, 225, 285

    18 & under -

    Must not be 19 before 9-1-11 (born 9-1-92 to 8-31-95) Must be enrolled in high school.
    106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 145, 152, 160, 170, 182, 195, 220, 285

    6,8,10,12 divisions will get +1 pound allowance at weigh-ins
    15, 18 divisions will get +2 pounds allowance at weigh-ins
    $10 weight change fee at weigh-ins.

    4. Depending on the amount of wrestlers registered coaches are alotted a certain number of free passes.

    Additional coaching passes can be purchased for $30

    Bronze or Gold level certified USA Wrestling coaches are eligible for a free wrist band. Must present card at coaches check-in to receive wrist band.

    Night before ONLY - NO morning weigh-ins

    6. Awards

    Awards:

    Trophies 1st - 3rd / Custom Medals 4th - 6th

    Team Trophies:

    6,8,10,12, Div. Combined 1st -4th

    Most Falls Awarded:

    Each Division - Based on Champ with most falls (including technical falls) in least amount of time.

    7. Registration by Mail

    You can register by mail by printing the application at the following link.

    After completing the application pleases send it to the following address. Entries must be received by April 4th, 2012. Include Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope for confirmation.

    8. Entry Deadline

    The deadline for online entries is April 4th, 2012.

    9. Wrestling in multiple weight classes

    A participant may enter only one weight class per division. However, the participant is allowed to enter in another weight class in the age division above his/her regular division. The participant is required to register twice if competing in more than one division.
